AT WHAT TIME CAN I ENTER THE APARTMENT?

As a general rule the rooms can be used from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated before 10:30 a.m. on the day of departure.
In order to comply with the check-in times it is necessary to respect the check-out times.
Although it is not possible to enter until 15h, we have a luggage storage service in which we take care of your belongings so you can spend the morning sightseeing without carrying luggage, or enjoy the common areas, swimming pools, etc. until it is time to enter the apartment.
If you have reserved a parking space, you can pick up your remote control in the apartment you have booked from 10:30 am.
Remember that the cleaning staff needs some time to prepare the apartments so that they can be available for you. Therefore, if we want everything to work properly, we must respect the rules that we indicate.

What is included in the rent?
The prices include the consumption of water, electricity, sheets, towels, and the V.A.T. tax.
At the arrival of the client the apartment will be clean, with towels, kitchen towels and beds made.

The apartment will not have cleaning service during your stay.

SUBWAY PAID PARKING IN SANTA CLARA:

Access quickly and easily, the price per night is 8,00€ all year round.
Parking on the street is also easy and free except in the months of July and August, which is when the orange zone of limited parking that affects the streets that give access to the beaches (Santa Clara and surroundings) comes into operation.
The orange zone, with morning and afternoon hours will only be operational in July and August in the beach area with a generic rate of 0.95 € /hour.

AT WHAT TIME SHOULD I LEAVE THE APARTMENT THE DAY OF DEPARTURE?

In order to comply with the check-in times it is necessary to respect the check-out times.
The apartment must be vacated before 10:30 am.
It is the client’s responsibility to leave the apartment on the last day of his/her stay in the same state in which he/she found it, that is to say clean and tidy, otherwise the company may ask for a supplement for the cost added to the cleaning work included in the price.
The client will not accumulate the garbage inside or outside the contracted accommodation, having to deposit it by means of bags to the use in the nearest container to the housing.

Where do I leave the keys?

On the last day you must leave the 2 sets of keys and the parking control inside the apartment, in a visible place.
IMPORTANT: Do not leave the keys locked inside the apartment, the opening of doors due to forgetfulness or theft of keys is one of the most common assistance. The locksmith service will be paid by the client.

Minimum stays

Remember that throughout the year we have a minimum length of stay, ranging from 2 to 7 nights, depending on the season.

In high season, July and August the minimum stay will be 7 nights.

From January to March, the minimum stay will be from 2 to 3 nights.

In April, May and October to December the minimum stay will be 3 to 4 nights.

Except Christmas, Easter, long weekends and holidays.
